個人簡介董五輩，男，1965年2月出生，博士生導師。主要從事于廣譜抗病基因的分離克隆和植物-微生物分子互作應用工程。利用我們實驗室建立的新技術從中草藥植物及生防菌等中分離抗病基因。利用我們分離到的新基因轉化植物及生防菌。我們在《The Plant Cell》，《PNAS》，《Scientific Reports (Nature)》，《Virology》，《PLoS ONE》，《Plant Physiology》，《IET Systems Biology》，《Molecular Plant Pathology》，《農業生物技術學報》等國內外刊物上發表文章30多篇。包括《ScienceDaily》，《Economist》，《Daily Science News》，《United Press International》，《Medical News Today》，《NewsZoom》，《The Sunday Paper》，《Bio-Medicine》，《What's Next In Science & Technology》，《UGA NEWS》等至少33家國際媒體曾先后報道了我們的研究工作，如本實驗室建立的基因消除PCR技術被Nature出版集團發表在《科學報道》上后，又被美國的一家科技信息媒體作為新發明進行了報道，詳情請參見下面網頁：http://www.sciguru.com/newsitem/16371/reverse-process-pcr-eliminate-unwanted-genes-cycle-cycle-new-invention 。

基因消除PCR(Removing PCR, R-PCR)是基因擴增PCR逆向過程的一種去除非目標基因的新技術。在PCR反應中，每一循環目標基因得到了擴增；在基因消除PCR反應中，每一循環非目標基因得到了去除。如果你想擴增你想要的基因，你可用PCR；如果你想去除你不想要的基因，你可用基因消除PCR。
