酶法脫膠是實現(xiàn)植物油加工精煉節(jié)能減排的綠色環(huán)保方法。課題組篩選到產(chǎn)磷脂酶菌株BIT-18,開展了菌株鑒定、磷脂酶 B 特性、植物油酶法脫膠工藝的建立、磷脂酶 B 基因的克隆表達及其脫膠機理方面的研究,為酶法脫膠的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用和磷脂的酶膜檢測方法建立提供依據(jù)。
微重力(Microgravity)環(huán)境的研究對航天醫(yī)學、材料學等領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展起到了巨大的推動作用,已成為進行空間生命科學與生物技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究的重要領(lǐng)域。課題組以表達 β-葡萄糖醛酸苷酶的工程菌 E. coli 和 P. pastoris 為對象,1)研究 SMG 及 NG 環(huán)境下微生物培養(yǎng)過程中流體的氣液傳質(zhì)規(guī)律與細胞生長代謝關(guān)系;2)闡明微生物的生理生化指標變化機理及蛋白質(zhì)表達差異的分子機理;3)以合成生物學方法改造表達系統(tǒng),建立蛋白質(zhì)高效表達技術(shù)。
