press是按壓的意思，具體到這里的語境，是說我們刻意地把一些新習(xí)慣強(qiáng)加于我們自己。
8.做態(tài)度題時(shí)的正反關(guān)系原則，正有并列、解釋、列舉，反有轉(zhuǎn)折和否定。如果按字面理解其實(shí)不難，一個(gè)人的態(tài)度接著可以有例子、詳細(xì)解釋、或并列觀點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)，那這是對(duì)現(xiàn)有態(tài)度的支持和遞進(jìn);而轉(zhuǎn)折和否定的出現(xiàn)則是對(duì)態(tài)度的反面。一般態(tài)度題定位準(zhǔn)了也是容易選出來的，這個(gè)原則是在說如果看不懂態(tài)度可以從后邊內(nèi)容正反關(guān)系推出來。比如2012年text4,40題，問你對(duì)于public-sector的態(tài)度，原句在最后一段public-sector does not reward high achievers may be a much bigger problem,其實(shí)從這句話中就足以看出那個(gè)人的態(tài)度，不太贊成。為了更進(jìn)一步看這個(gè)bigger,前邊是在說銀行家的高額工資已經(jīng)遭到了批評(píng)---是個(gè)問題，而后邊說的更是個(gè)大問題。
